This position is accountable for coordinating finished product and raw material shipments with Customer Service, Master Scheduler, site warehouse, and transportation team.

Tracks final product, assigns lot numbers for shipments and coordinates with the warehouse to execute product shipments.

Performs the goods receipts on all inbound materials.

Ensures the final shipments have the correcting labeling per the Agricultural Packaging and Labeling (AgPal) Bill of Materials (BOM).

Generates shipping documents for final product, raw materials, intermediates, and waste to execute movement off-site.

Verifies export paper work and dock receipt and complete the VGM (Variable Gross Mass) form.

Completes Dangerous Goods form for Air shipments.

Completes paperwork for sample shipments, including the packaging and labeling of such packages to ensure legal requirements are met.

Files and maintains shipping / receiving records per regulatory requirements.

Coordinates outbound loads with different carriers to match the production schedule

Verify that finished goods have a shipping location

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Good communication and computer skills

Prior knowledge of hazardous goods shipments is a plus.

Warehouse and/or Distribution experience preferred.

SAP experience preferred.
