CIT Trucks Service Driver - Troy, IL in Troy, Illinois
With more than $15 million in parts inventory on hand, CIT Trucks is seeking a Delivery Driver to complete order fulfillment and delivery of heavy-duty truck parts to our customers in an assigned territory. Our Parts Delivery Drivers provide excellent customer service to customers using a company provided vehicle.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Capable of working under direction with some supervision and receiving guidance as necessary.
The ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as financial reports, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and technical procedures. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and to respond to common inquiries or complaints.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to apply common sense to solve practical problems and deal with variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Basic computer skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern, according to a specific rule or set of rules.

Education & Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED required
No experience required
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
Ability to obtain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License
