Operates a variety of field type tractors, mowers, and attachments to maintain the golf course grasses. Makes adjustments to equipment to ensure proper settings. Observes safety rules at all times. Performs other related duties as assigned. Operators may be exposed to extreme heat and required to work over uneven terrain, on hard surfaces or both. Must demonstrate the ability to manipulate tractor and equipment controls at the same time. Must have experience in operating and performing maintenance of field-type tractors and associated equipment.
