C-21 Site Supervisor

TheSite Supervisor will be the singleinterface for the site Customer for maintenance, supply, and logisticsefforts in support of the program contract and reports to the Program Manager.
Manage day-to-day program operations including aircraft maintenance and logistic support (supply, training, facilities, support equipment, etc.)
Coordinate and manage the technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of the program to ensure timely submission of program deliverables to meet specified operational requirements.
Provide assistance, technical expertise, and training to site personnel in the support of the program.
Support OJT and cross training of site personnelaccording to the contract requirements.
Plans,coordinates and supervises all site level activities and serves as the principalrepresentative for Akima in all matters pertaining to site operations, and continually measures and analyzes progress.
Communicatesnew requirements, concerns, and issues to PMO for resolution.
Advanced knowledge of operations specific to the C-21 contract.
Ability to communicate knowledgeably and effectively at senior management levels.
Ability to respond rapidly and sufficiently to changing requirements, unexpected contingencies and other challenging situations.
Abilityto qualify for and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance.
Bachelor’sdegree in a related field. Two (2) years experience in a relatedfield may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college.
Proven expertise in aviation system maintenance/logistic support.
A&P license with a minimum of 5 years' experience supervising maintenance on complex turbine aircraft.
Ability to coordinate material, information, and/or people in a systematic way to optimize efficiency and minimize duplication of effort.
Ability to coordinate and lead complex projects.
Ability to manage available resources in time sensitive situations.
Skilled in operations, logistics, and resource management.
