Aerotek Machine Attendant in ROCKFORD, Illinois


In a team environment, assists with others, forming and assembly machinery and performs assembly and auto packer operations. May assist in multiple areas throughout the day. Performs quality procedures and documents results. Is responsible for loading feeders with appropriate parts, operating machine controls, spot checking product for quality, and changing and setting up packaging containers (bag or carton). Responsible for following all safety policies and procedures. Read job orders thoroughly. Always performs duties with the goal of satisfying the customer.

-10% of time is documenting information (part sizes)

-90% of time is spent taking flat pieces of steel (weighing less than a pound) and feeding parts into a machine

-additionally they will stock parts

Openings currently on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Overtime is AVAILABLE
