Delaware North Revenue Collector Driver, GEM in Naperville, Illinois

The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring Revenue Collection Drivers to join our team at Gaming & Entertainment Management (GEM) in Illinois. As a Revenue Collections Driver you will be assigned a route and responsible for delivering currency, filling terminals, and returning terminal revenue safely and securely to our GEM office in Naperville, Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Safe transport and accounting of issued funds assigned daily to resolve issues related to gaming.

  • Ensure established GEM policies and procedures are followed maintaining asset and personnel protection.

  • Accurate and detailed record keeping of transactions.

  • Generation and collection of machine activity reports.

  • Movement of funds from GEM contract locations to GEM offices when necessary.

  • Ensure sites are adequately stocked with signage, stickers, etc. in accordance with GEM policies and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.

  • Maintain constant awareness of surroundings and communication of unsafe or dangerous conditions related to GEM’s equipment or operations to management.

  • Maintain security and confidentiality of proprietary data and information.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, plus one year related experience and/or training preferred.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Possess and maintain an Illinois Driver’s License.

  • Comfortable with basic math skills including addition and subtraction.

  • Must be comfortable securing, handling and transporting large sums of currency.

  • Must be familiar and comfortable with smart phone technology and computers.

  • Must be able to maintain appropriate licensure in accordance with the Illinois State Gaming Board.

  • Able to work four 10-hour shifts per week.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time.

  • Able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds occasionally.

  • Ability to stand, sit, and kneel for brief periods of time.
