Fill Room Operator

Do you have experience working with filling or bottling machines, or both? Are you looking for a new position that will allow you to develop your skills and grow? Do you do your best work when you are hands on? We are currently hiring machine operators to do work on a filling line with a local manufacturer.

Responsibilities

Retrieve materials from stores following inventory management procedures. Print ink cartridge and package labels using PC, software and printers. Setup and cleanup filling lines and work area. Follow waste management procedures for cleaning operations. Fill, cap, seal, label, and inspect fluids cartridges using automated, semi-automated, and manual processes. Pack and palletize (as needed) completed fluid cartridges into boxes or crates. Move completed cartons, crates or pallets into staging area using pallet jack, hand cart, or by hand. Update job status using provided PC and software. Complete end of job inventory reporting using provided PC and software. Commit to continuous quality and productivity improvement. Comply with the plant safety rules as posted, throughout the facility Train new operators Other ad hoc duties as assigned
