Adecco Staffing Warehouse Admin Clerk in Danville, Illinois

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Warehouse Admin in Danville, IL! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

  • Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

  • Length: 6+ month contract

  • Pay: $15.00

  • Shift: M - F 7a - 4p; Some OT on Weekends

    Responsibilities for this Warehouse Admin job include, but are not limited to:

  • Gather necessary data to complete daily 'Win the Shift' report as needed.

  • Maintain the SPA - Receiving Mailbox by properly processing all inbound messages.

  • Verify micro sheet each day and print new reports as needed.

  • Scrub the YODA data each day and input performance data into tracking spreadsheets.

  • Creates daily unload plan, with input on priorities from FLL, and executes plan by efficiently directing Material Handlers.

  • Assists with entering all data for dropped trailers into the Unload Tracking System/MARS for Central States.

  • Complete receipts for inbound materials in SAP each shift.

  • Assist with the processing of drivers at the shipping window each shift.

  • Sign for inbound shipments or inbound unloads in compliance with quality and shipping standards.

  • Files unload paperwork and reconcile trailer board each shift.

  • Assists with the entering of Bulk unloads within the 30 minutes of each shift or 30 minutes from time stamp.

  • Audits Bulk daily report and bulk unload paperwork daily.

  • Prints the C of A's received in SPA box and properly files them each shift as needed.

  • Executes processing of special shipments through direction of Material Handlers.

  • Inputs inbound loads into Unload tracking and MARS; printing all necessary 'N' Tags and labels.

  • Covers for Warehouse Coordinator and FLL during breaks. Backfill FLL during vacations and other staffing scenarios when an FLL is not present.

  • Provides assistance in covering the job duties of the Transportation Analyst when they are out of the office.

  • Assists with gathering information and processing carrier claims.

  • Coordinates with planning, carriers, Transportation Analyst and Pepsico team to schedule all international loads. (see details on this task)

  • Investigates Receiving SAP issues and "issue folder" issues, and coordinates with appropriate resources to get resolution.

  • Completes MIGOs for supplier returns and credits.

  • Backfill owner for WMS authorization SOX compliance.

  • Reviews the drop trailer folder and updates the lot board accordingly.

  • Assists Warehouse Coordinators by troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

    Minimum Qualifications for this Warehouse Admin job:

  • 2 years of Supply Chain experience preferred

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Must demonstrate solid knowledge of Excel, Word, and other computer skills.

  • Must be able to analyze transactional data to investigate and identify root causes of inventory variances and take appropriate actions to improve results. SAP proficiency preferred.

  • Must have a strong understanding of plant level operations and process flows.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, and show an ability and willingness to lead a group of hourly associates by directing work.

  • Must possess strong analytical skills, including problem analysis and resolution.

  • Able to communicate with people of all levels and influence to drive improvements.
