As a key member of the Pega Express team, you’ll be working with a passionate group ofglobalPega leaders who are driven by the challenge to innovate around delivery excellence and drive adoption of the Pega Express Delivery approach across all Pega projects.

As the Pega Express Methodology Lead, you will capitalize on your past industry and Pega experience to innovate and improve the way we deliver Pega projects. You will lead a collaborative process with Pega’s product and field delivery teams to ensure the continued cultivation and refinement of the Pega Express delivery approach and you will drive those best practices across our ecosystem of Pega Consulting, Partners, and Clients.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Coach, enable and assist engagement teams to ensure successful application of methodologies

• Identify and lead product and organizational changes that constantly improve the way Pega delivers its solutions

• Actively collaborate with our product management, consulting, and sales teams for the creation of delivery approach and governance artifacts to innovate, improve, and drive adoption of the Pega Express delivery methodology across the ecosystem.

• Drive enablement and adoption of the Pega Express approach and governance practices

• Apply forward-thinking principles and techniques to ensure that Pega's approach leads the industry, remains fresh and current while keeping pace with Pega's rapidly evolving technology

• Represent Pega at Customer Engagement Summits and other public events

Who You Are:

• Willing to work in a dynamic environment that is constantly looking to improve the way our clients can make the most out of Pega

• Ability to "sell" new and emerging ideas and techniques internally to challenge the way Pega will deliver industry-leading digital transformation experiences to our clients

• Can influent across multiple levels of the organization while driving change throughout the product and consulting organizations

• Able to deliver engaging training and presentation content, occasionally to larger audiences

• Can recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement

• Demonstrates thought leadership in project management industry trends

What You've Accomplished:

• 8-12 years experience in a Consulting environment

• 3+ years experience as an LSA or LBA on Pega implementations/projects with LSA or LBA certification

• 5+ years experience using Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum

• Designed and/or developed complex solutions

• Actively promote the use of Pega low-code development, specifically designing and building solutions that have capitalized on App Studio development

• Mentored other resources around Pega best practices and delivery excellence
