We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to supervise assembly staff members . The Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for training, planning, assigning, and directing work.

  • Supervise 6-8 hourly assembly staff members; also acts as a working supervisor

  • Meet all targets for quality, productivity, on-time delivery and cost

  • Monitor scrap/rework generated by assembly personnel/processes and or returns. Generate corrective actions when necessary

  • Actively participate in improving material flow; develop new ideas, or methods to improve efficiency

  • Verify material availability by maintaining accurate material identification, accurate counting, and reporting

  • Drive continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and reduce cost

  • Coordinate with shipping and transportation departments to ensure products are being processed in a timely manner exceeding customer expectations

  • Help establish and implement company rules and safety procedures to assure a clean and safe work environment

  • Maintains a clean and organized work area

  • Directs team on proper assembly processes and techniques


  • At least 3 years of experience in Production/Assembly Supervision

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs

  • Foster team and collaborative environment within the department and with other departments in the company.
